Frank Mong is the Chief Operating Officer at Nova Labs, where he has led the company’s sales, marketing, and business development efforts for over six years. As a founding member, Mong was instrumental in building the Helium Network. This open-source wireless infrastructure grew to nearly one million Hotspots globally at its peak, creating the world’s largest decentralized wireless network powered by the people.

Recently, Mong helped launch Helium Mobile, a groundbreaking cellular service that integrates Helium’s decentralized network with traditional carriers to provide more affordable and innovative wireless solutions. Helium Mobile is a significant step forward in expanding the utility of the Helium Network, further establishing Nova Labs as the leader in DePIN, decentralized physical infrastructure network.

Before joining Nova Labs, Mong spent 25 years in various leadership roles in the cybersecurity industry.

Mong holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
